Large scope of alloys

  • Up to 750 reactive channels and 3 000 thermic regulation channels in an inner volume of 7 l.

  • Depending on material and design, large range of Pressures, up to 200 bars
  • Large range of Temperatures, from -80°C to 400°C

KHiMii proposes 2 ranges of heat exchanger reactors

  • The standard range is made from stainless-steel or Hastelloy
  • Customized version are available on demand with other metals or other features

Each Heat Exchanger Reactor can be feed with :

  • 2 reactive liquids
  • 1 reactive gas
  • As well as neutral gas for flushing & drying

The optional control command can include :

  • Inlet flow measurements
  • Reaction parameters within the HER (T, P)
  • Thermoregulator
